Staff clothes for three new projects at Costa Navarino

Another collaboration between E+G and chef Alexandro Tsiotini for the upcoming season. The Michelin awarded chef, launches 3 new projects at Costa Navarino, the 5* travel destination in Messinia, Greece.

The new restaurant Paráfrasi by CTC will be the core of this new gastronomic proposal, offering a unique fine comfort food experience and together with two other venues (Souvlakerie and Kafeneio) , they will constitute the new dining proposal at Navarino Dunes. The adaptation of sustainable gastronomy practices such as the “nose-to-tail” philosophy to minimize waste of raw materials and the use of local, seasonal products, while strengthening the local economy, is in complete harmony with Costa Navarino’s sustainability principles.
